A beautiful card, simple but with a little originality. Large selection of fish. The dishes are very well cooked and carefully presented. The steak is delicious, tender, cooked perfectly and tasty. The service is efficient and fast. The chef comes by at the end of the meal to collect opinions on the kitchen, a pleasant discussion which brings a little extra. 1st time and great discovery.

The 93 sometimes conceals some treasures. This small (in size only) establishment in Raincy is one of them. We discovered it yesterday and were delighted with our evening: - Fair service: no fuss but smiling, welcoming and efficient (alone in the dining room and it works well) - A cuisine that is both refined (and with some originalities like this quinoa risotto with coconut milk, yum yum!!) but without excessive pretension. So, it's not essential to have scallops, lobster or foie gras to have a great menu (even if we also love these products 😇) - The little extra thing: the chef who, at the end of service, goes around the tables to chat with customers, like in certain gourmet restaurants. You need a certain level of confidence in what you have proposed to then rub shoulders with customers (who can be demanding) and that leaves me to think that the high level of our meal yesterday is not an exception but is well within the standards of the house. We'll have to come back to confirm it, I can't wait!
